Bah! I just made a batch of buttermilk-blueberry muffins. Thanks to you, I'm now going to feel very guilty as I take my first bite. ;-)
Also, I'm aiming for 31g of daily fiber in my diet. Glad to see that's higher than the average cited in ADA's Position Paper on Dietary Fiber. Wa-hoo!
Happy Wednesday,
[K]
Thanks for the shout out to RDs. More people need to be educated about what we do!!!
Hey Rachel--
Thanks for highlighting our hydration brochure. I also want to mention that we're doing our own little RD day celebration on our blog with several posts about nutrition messaging. It's great material for you to use and share with you fellow dietetic interns.

Hooray for fluid + fiber. In undergrad, we had shirts made for our dietetic club that said, "fiber, it moves me." I'm thinking about bringing the slogan back for the half marathon shirts that the SLU dietetic interns are making. :-)
Sorry its a bit late but thanks for the shout out!!
Thanks for putting up some great info about RD's!Love it!
